Scope of Work
The contractor will provide timely, high-quality catered meals, cooked under commercial standards, for 200 Soldiers. Meals must be delivered in proper containers 30 minutes prior to mealtimes (e.g., Lunch at 11:30 am) each day of the training period. Food must be maintained at safe temperatures in accordance with Army Technical Bulletin Medical (TB Med) 530, Tri Service Food Code, National Food Code, ServSafe, and all applicable federal, state, and local health guidelines. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary serving utensils and delivering the food only; designated government personnel will receive and serve the meals. Compliance with specific Statement of Work paragraphs (1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.10, 2.0, 3.0, and 4.0) is required.
