Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) seeks pricing for specific Allied Medical Surgical Products. The government intends to award an all-or-none contract for one group of Surgical Equipment.

• Allied Medical Heavy Duty Surgical Pump (P/N 01-22-3910): 3 Each

• Allied Medical Thoracic Drainage Pump (P/N: 01-22-3910): 3 Each

• Allied Medical Uterine Suction Pump (P/N: 01-22-3930): 1 Each

• All items must be quoted to be considered for award.

• Shipping location: CONUS to USS Bougainville, Gulfport, MS 39503.

• Required product marking standards are detailed in an attached MIL-STD-129R document.

• Contract type is not specified, but award will be made as a Group.

• Foreign corporations selected for award must have a US agent and physical address.

• Vendors are allowed to submit only one quote.

• Delivery is FOB Destination, CONUS.
