Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive taxi services, including labor, vehicles, drivers, dispatch capabilities, digital platform access, insurance, fuel, tolls, parking, maintenance, and administrative support. Services must be available 24/7, including weekends and holidays. Key requirements include:
- Vehicles no more than five years old, in excellent condition, with air-conditioning.
- Drivers with valid commercial licenses, a minimum of five years of professional driving experience, and successful background screening.
- Drivers must possess local knowledge and maintain professional appearance and conduct.
- Communication equipment (radios, cellular phones, or pagers) must be available.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with firm-fixed rates per Kilometer.
- Period of Performance: A base year plus four one-year option periods.
- Pricing: Prices shall be in Peruvian Soles, with Value Added Tax (VAT) priced separately.
- Minimum Order: S/. 500.00 per contract period.
- Maximum Order: S/. 170,000.00 per contract period.
- An option to extend services for up to six months is included (FAR 52.217-8).

This acquisition is unrestricted. Offerors must have active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) or provide proof of NCAGE and TIN codes.
