- Supply, fabrication, installation, and welding of components for window grills, egress installations, swing gates, and sliding gates.
- Supply and installation of various lock types (e.g., Three-lever Thumb-Turn Lock, Bird or equivalent Thumb-Turn Vertical Dead Bolt lock, thumb-turn cylinders, double hook lock).
- Installation of heavy-duty sliding bolts and modification of existing escape hatches.
- Supply and installation of 30-minute fire-rated doors and 50-watt LED lights.
- Supply and installation of anti-lift brackets pins on vehicle gates.
- Security upgrades for new residences, including sliding gate motors and intercom systems.
