This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Welding Consumables Storage Units, "or equal" to Lawson Products P/N GS254824. The government is procuring these units to store welding consumables.

• Three (3) units of "Lawson P/N: GS254824 Welding Consumables Storage Units, or equal"

• Product must meet specific "Salient Characteristics" detailed on page 12, including construction (corrugated steel, 2 vents), dimensions, cabinet configurations, heavy-duty steel floor, 4-way forklift pockets, and ISO 9001 certification.

• Units must be green.

• Must have common commercial lockable swing doors on both ends.

• Must have no less than (3) connecting couplers per container.

• Must include 6 baskets on the interior container doors.

• Product marking standards as per MIL-STD-129R are required.

• Award will be made as a Group; vendors must quote on all items to be considered.

• The requirement consists of one group of three requisitions.

• Shipping location: CONUS to Fort Riley, KS 66442.

• The contract type is not explicitly stated, but it is a "one time buy."

• Quotes must be submitted via email by the RFQ Closing Date: 6/5/2026, 5:00 PM CST.

• Vendors are allowed to submit only one quote; multiple quotes from the same vendor will not be accepted.

• The nonmanufacturer rule does NOT apply.

• Buy American Act (FAR 52.225-1) applies.

• Foreign corporations must have an agent and physical address in the U.S.

• Vendors must quote on all items to be considered for award.

• Salient Characteristics are detailed on page 12.

• Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.

• Vendors must be registered or willing to register to accept POs in GSA's Order Management Services (OMS) Vendor Portal or have the ability to receive orders via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) within 5 business days after award.

• Price is valid through a specified date (blank on page 1).

• Delivery shall be FOB Destination, CONUS.
