• Volume Calculation: Pricing should reflect the actual volume pumped, not just full 1,000-gallon units. The government will only pay for the total volume pumped.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide reliable wastewater management services for the Elephant Butte Historic District (EBHD) sewer lift station, ensuring system integrity, preventing overflows, and reducing odors until a new lift station and pumps are installed.
