  • Detailed Specifications: Comprehensive requirements for main hopper, drum, bins, asphalt cement tank (25,000 gallon), scales, fuel pump, control station, hot stone elevator, screen & mixing section, aggregate dryer/mixer drum, and pumping system.
  • Safety: Night lighting, vibration resistance, warning lights, tie-down locations, lifting points, and slip-resistant surfaces.
  • Corrosion Protection: 5-year life, automotive grade primer/paint, military-grade rustproofing (MIL-PRF-16173, MIL-C-83933).
  • Support: A 5-Year Warranty Plan, initial and refresher training for personnel, complete sets of parts and service manuals (including diagnostic software), 24-month warranty service, bi-annual maintenance, wear-part replacement, software updates, annual inspection, and 24/7 technical support. On-site familiarization set-up (minimum 40 hours) is also required.
