This is a combined pre-solicitation notice and solicitation for domestic commodity invitations, specifically for rice. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking offers to sell rice for domestic food distribution programs. Deliveries are scheduled between February 16, 2026, and June 30, 2026.

• Procurement of various types of rice, including US #1 Long Parboiled, US #2 Long Grain, and US #2 Medium Grain, in different packaging sizes (e.g., 24/2 LB, 30/1 LB, 30/2 LB, 24/1 LB).

• Deliveries are to be made to multiple specified locations across the United States.
