Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Task Order provides rigging, crane, and material handling services to relocate, remove, and install machinery and support equipment across multiple CAAA facilities. The work supplements in-house capabilities when internal resources are insufficient.

• Provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, consumables, rigging devices, lifting equipment, and transportation for equipment moves.

• Comply with the BOA PWS and applicable OSHA, DoD, and CAAA safety requirements.

• Specific equipment to be moved includes:

  • From Building 2520 to Building 145: Nordson Epoxy Dispenser System, Electric Oven, Ink Jet Marking System, Laser Etcher 1, Laser Etcher 2, Robo-Mill.
  • From Building 2520 to Storage Location: Steam Oven 1, Steam Oven 2.
  • From Building 136 to Building 145: Friction Air Oven 1, Friction Air Oven 2.
  • From Building 136 to Building 200: Magneform System.

• Verify equipment dimensions, weight, center of gravity, and lifting points prior to movement.

• Conduct site visits and job analysis for rigging, lifting, and transport methods.

• Prepare equipment for safe movement (excluding utility disconnection).

• Provide necessary lifting equipment (cranes, forklifts, skates, jacks, rigging devices).

• Transport equipment between buildings or to designated storage locations.

• Set, level, align, and reassemble equipment at the new location.

• All rigging devices must meet OSHA 1926.251 requirements.

• Tools and equipment must be in good working order and compliant with OSHA safety requirements.

• Work interruptions exceeding 24 hours are only permitted for procurement of replacement parts, materials, or equipment.

• Maintain continuous progress and complete work within the agreed timeframe.

• Work can begin no earlier than August 10th, 2026.

• Work must be completed no later than September 9th, 2026.

• Performance begins upon Notice to Proceed and continues until all work is completed and accepted.

• Government Furnished Support includes: utility disconnection/reconnection, facility access/escorting, lockout/tagout support, identification of storage locations, and any identified government furnished equipment.

• CAAA is responsible for utility disconnection, lockout/tagout, and reconnection.

• Contractor shall not perform utility disconnection or reconnection.

• Purchases of tools or materials exceeding $200 require written COR approval.

• Subcontracting is permitted for specialized expertise or additional capacity.

• Customer Service Report (CSR)

• Completion Report confirming equipment relocation, installation, or storage.
