• Three (3) existing UTVs will be used as trade-ins.

• Anticipated contract type: Firm-fixed price.

• Estimated value: $7,500,000.

• Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code: 336999.

• Small business size standard: $7,500,000.

• Offers Due: April 15, 2026, by 1700 ET.

• Questions Due: April 13, 2026, by 1700 ET.

• Email Contents: Three separate attachments (Technical Proposal, Price Proposal, and Representations and Certifications) in Microsoft Word, Excel, or Adobe PDF format.

• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government, based on Price (fair and reasonable) and Technical Acceptability. Past Performance will also be considered. The evaluation will follow a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) approach.

• Offer Acceptance Period: Prices must be held firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.

• This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

• It is also set aside for Full and Open competition.

• All clauses and provisions are incorporated by reference and can be accessed at www.acquisition.gov.

• Offerors quoting "or equal" items must provide descriptive literature, illustrations, drawings, or clear references to readily available information demonstrating how their product meets or exceeds salient characteristics.

• Delivery is required by June 16, 2026. Early deliveries will be accepted.
