DLA Weapons Support - Richmond does not possess complete technical data. Any other interested contractor must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package for approval. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability. While the Government is not using Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items), interested parties may identify commercial item capability within 15 days of this notice. Contractors must be registered in SAM.gov to receive an award. The solicitation will be available via DIBBS (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/) on the issue date.
