Scope of Work

The facility must meet stringent VA Technical Information Library (TIL) standards, Facility Security Level II (FSL II) criteria, and be compliant with seismic safety requirements. The space will accommodate various functional areas, including Patient Aligned Care Teams (PACT), Audiology, Eye, Mental Health, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), Pharmacy, and support services. The Lessor will be responsible for utilities, janitorial services, building maintenance, pest control, snow removal, site/grounds upkeep, and after-hours security. A Tenant Improvement (TI) allowance of $180.00 per ABOA SF is provided.
