The space will accommodate various functional areas, including Patient Aligned Care Teams (PACT), Audiology, Eye, Mental Health, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), Pharmacy, and support services. The Lessor will be responsible for utilities, janitorial services, building maintenance, pest control, snow removal, site/grounds upkeep, and after-hours security. A Tenant Improvement (TI) allowance of $180.00 per ABOA SF is provided.
