Scope of Work

- Furnish, install, and transport 48 new Absolyte VRLA-Model 100G31 battery cells (in two 3x8 strings).
- Provide modular steel tray housings, Positive +/Negative - terminate plates, hazmat sorbent pillows, and Frame Retardant Transparent Module Covers.
- Remove and dispose of existing GNB Absolyte VRLA battery cells (model 100A31) and associated components.
- Reconnect existing Alarm/Control unit cable hardness and perform bonding and grounding of battery stacks.
- Verify proper float voltage (2.23 to 2.27 Volts Per Cell) and conduct a battery load test (500A for 2.00 hours).
- Label each new battery with a unique, legible, mechanically printed ID number.
- Recycle old batteries according to environmental guidelines.
- Develop and implement a Quality Control Plan (QCP) within 30 days of award.
