This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of a gas-powered reversible plate compactor for the Mount Adams Ranger District, Washington. The acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 8.4 and GSAR 538.71.

• One (1) gas-powered reversible plate compactor.

• Salient characteristics include:

  • Gas-powered engine
  • Operating weight over 800 lbs
  • Centrifugal force of 12,356 lbs
  • Plate Size of 20”x35”
  • Vibrator frequency of 4,400vpm
  • Amplitude of .08 in

• Delivery required within 14 Days ARO (After Receipt of Order).

• Early deliveries will be accepted.

• Anticipated Award Type: FIRM-FIXED-PRICE-CONTRACT.

• The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards.

• Quotations will be evaluated based on the "Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable" method.

• Evaluation criteria include a technical review by government tech experts.

• Offerors must identify any proposed Order-Level Materials (OLMs) separately from MAS-contract items and labor categories. For each OLM, the quotation must include item description, quantity and unit of measure, unit price and extended price, vendor or source (if not prime), and price support.

• Offerors must certify that proposed OLMs are not awarded items on their Multiple Award Schedule contract.

• OLMs shall not be embedded in labor rates or other CLINs.

• The Government may reject or remove any item not clearly identified and supported as an OLM.

• Offerors must comply with all applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws and DEI requirements.

• This acquisition is an UNRESTRICTED procurement.
