• The government contemplates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order.

• Delivery Date: 07/31/2026 or Reply With Your Leadtime.

• Performance Location/Delivery Address: BIA, Warm Springs Agency, 1233 Veterans Street, Warm Springs, OR 97761-1239.

• Quotes must be received on or before the date and time specified on the SF 1449 (06/23/2026 at 12:00 PM Local Time).

• Quotes should be emailed to brian.roberts@bia.gov with the subject line: "Company Name Quote in Response to Solicitation Number 140A1226Q0008".

• Quoters must include Company Information (Unique Entity ID, Address, Contact Info, RFQ Number, Quote Number, Quote Date, Pricing) and a signed copy of the IEE Representation Form and DIAR 1452.280-4.

• Pricing must be in Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) format.

• Evaluation will be based on Lowest Priced - Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

• Technical acceptability will be based on the ability to meet all elements of the Specifications.

• Contractor inquiries must be submitted via email by 12:00 PM Pacific, 16 June 2026.

• This requirement is set-aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE).

• NAICS Code: 333120 Construction Machinery Manufacturing, with a Small Business size standard of 1,250 Employees.

• The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01, CAAC Letter 2025-02, and DOI-AAAP 0210 v01.

• Offerors must be authorized resellers with an active SAM.gov profile.

• Payment will be made via the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform System (IPP).
