This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a contract that will support the Roadside Safety Research and Federal Outdoor Impact Laboratory (FOIL) by procuring advanced crash analysis technical support services. The Contractor will be required to furnish technical crash analysis and trasportation engineering research support services in support of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). The government intends to award a single award 60-month Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract utilizing Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Materials (T&M)/Labor Hour (LH), or a hybrid of both types, Task Orders.
