To provide a complete turnkey procurement, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and operational acceptance of a new 350KW diesel emergency standby generator system for Building 1191, ensuring continuous non-interruptible power capabilities.

• Furnish all labor, supervision, project management, engineering, permits, tools, equipment, cranes, rigging, transportation, materials, incidentals, startup services, testing, commissioning, warranties, documentation, and training.

• Field verify all existing conditions prior to bidding and installation.

• Procure, install, test, commission, and place into service a complete 350KW diesel emergency standby generator system.

• Work must comply with all applicable international, federal, state, local, DoD, Air Force, UFC, NFPA, NEC, WBDG, IEEE, OSHA, AFMAN, EPA, TCEQ, and IBC requirements.

• Includes removal of existing generator infrastructure, generator procurement and installation, structural evaluation and modification of the generator pad, electrical integration, Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) integration, fuel system integration, grounding and bonding, startup, load bank testing, temporary power coordination, fuel transfer coordination, as-built documentation, operator training, and warranty services.

• Generator must support building operational requirements during utility outages.

• Must maintain uninterrupted power at full electrical load for a minimum of 72 hours.

• Functional testing of ATS under load transfer conditions per NFPA 110.

• Load bank testing for a minimum of four hours.

• Compliance with all applicable codes and standards, including NFPA 110, UFC, and AFMAN.

• Work to be performed on Ellington Field, Houston Texas.

• Completion within sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of order (ARO), excluding approved generator manufacturing lead times.

• Contractor is solely responsible for ensuring the completed installation is fully operational and integrated.

• Field verification of existing conditions is mandatory and no additional compensation will be provided for failure to do so.

• Minimize disruptions to ongoing operations; no outages without prior Government approval.

• Compliance with FAA crane requirements (submission of FAA Form 7460-1).

• Personnel must be U.S. citizens and meet security and access requirements.

• Contractor must provide a documented Quality Control Program.

• Contractor is liable for any damage to Government infrastructure.

• Deliverables include: complete installed generator system, startup documentation, commissioning reports, load bank testing reports, warranty documentation, O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and training documentation.
