Scope of Work
The lease is for the operation and maintenance of a railroad transportation corridor, including:

- Maintenance and repair of railroad tracks, bridge structures (STR00228, STR00229, STR00320), signaling, and communications systems.
- Vegetation management and other activities supporting railroad operations.
The successful lessee will be responsible for operation, inspection, maintenance, repair, and regulatory compliance, including Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) requirements, annual bridge inspections, and track maintenance.
