Scope of Work
NAWCAD Lakehurst is seeking sources for the procurement of:
- Rockwell Studio 5000 Professional Perpetual Software Licenses
- Rockwell Studio 5000 Service Edition Perpetual Software Licenses
- Rockwell Studio 5000 RSNetworx Perpetual Software Licenses
- Support and maintenance for these licenses and existing perpetual licenses.
- Hardware product support. This effort supports the EMALS/AAG program by gathering information on the ability to provide software and firmware for critical systems on Ford Class Aircraft Carriers.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Ability to perform at least 50% of the described tasks.
- Company classification (e.g., Small, Small Disadvantaged, Veteran Owned Small Business, Women-Owned, 8(a), Hub Zone, or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concern).
Submission Instructions
Interested companies should submit a Capabilities Package of no more than 3 pages (single-spaced, 12-point font minimum). The package must include:
- Company Name and Address, applicable CAGE code, company point of contact and position, along with contact information.
- Company profile: number of employees, annual revenue history, office location(s), DUNS number, and a definitive statement of current small/large business status. Submissions should be sent via email to Zaib Nageeb at zaib.nageeb.civ@us.navy.mil within five days of the RFI release, and no later than the stated deadline.
