• Production Lead Time (PLT) without First Article Testing is 264 each.

• Deliveries are to TOBYHANNA, PA, 18466-5059.

• The government possesses rights to the technical data, and the data package is complete.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.

• Production Lead Time (PLT): 264 each.

• Days After Contract Award (DACA): 450 days for deliveries.

• No telephone requests will be accepted.

• Export control requires current applicable certifications for both the quoter and manufacturer. Offerors and their sources must have an active United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification to access export-controlled data. DLA does not intend to delay award for an ineligible offer or its source(s) to apply for and receive authority approval to access export-controlled data.

Sources Sought

This document is a Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) to identify potential manufacturing/supply sources for the acquisition of a ROD ASSY,DAMPER (NSN: 1615-01-085-5318, Part Number: 70106-08003-042). The Defense Logistics Agency is conducting market research to determine if future efforts can be competitive or set aside for Small Business. This is not a solicitation, and no response will receive a solicitation.

• Acquisition of a ROD ASSY,DAMPER.

• The government has rights to the technical data, and the data package is complete with no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions.

• Contractors must be capable of successfully performing and complying with all special requirements, including recurring and nonrecurring engineering services, supply chain management, logistics, forecasting of parts, long-lead parts procurement, material forecasting, obsolescence issues, and final delivery.

• Not applicable at this stage.
