- Potential clarification needed on staffing minimums before bid/no-bid.
Next steps
Validate eligibility requirements, assign capture owner, and schedule partner outreach to confirm teaming strategy before submission planning.
Quick Summary
The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) is conducting market research through a Request for Information (RFI) to identify sources capable of providing Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) Wide Area Network (WAN) services. This effort aims to extend the Rogue Blue Software (RBS) development platform network to multiple CONUS locations, including Federal facilities, contracting partner facilities, and commercial/Federal Cloud Service Provider (CSP) datacenters. This RFI is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses are due June 09, 2026.
Scope of Work
The requirement is for fully managed, end-to-end WAN services. The initial phase involves establishing two separate 1Gbps Ethernet Private Line (EPL) services connecting Offutt AFB, NE, and EGLIN AFB, FL. The solution must be architected to traverse an EGSNet/L2VPN/EVPN for secure network segmentation and connectivity.
Key Requirements
Respondents should demonstrate capabilities to meet:
- Security: VPN with NSA CSfC-approved IPsec encryption.
- Monitoring: 24/7/365 Network Operations Center (NOC) or Secure NOC (SecNOC).
- Connectivity: Ability to connect to multiple CONUS and Federal CSP endpoints.
- Implementation: Max 6 months from connection submission.
- Network Speed: Minimum 1Gbps.
- Scalability: Graded bandwidth expansion capabilities.
- Personnel: Security services operated by government-cleared personnel.
- Compliance: Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant physical equipment and adherence to CSfC IPsec standards.
Information Requested
Interested parties should submit:
- Company Information (name, POC, CAGE code, business size).

- Estimated Implementation Timeline.
- Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) for 12-month MRC/NRC, plus option periods and potential location expansion.
- Confirmation of ability to provide cleared personnel and facility clearance level.
