This document provides responses to questions submitted by potential vendors regarding the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest Campground Prospectus, following a site tour on April 30th, 2026.

• Natural Bridge Interpretive Site: This site is separate from Natural Bridge Campground but connected by trails. Public interest exists in opening it in early April.
• Incumbent Operator: The Forest Service has operated these sites since 2022; Rogue Recreation – Outdoors in Oregon, LLC held the permit until 2021.
• Water Systems: None of the water systems are currently chlorinated. The Union Creek/Farewell Bend system uses a single pump house, with a booster pump at Farewell Bend. The large tank at Farewell Bend is no longer used for treatment.
• Road Maintenance: Generally, roads within the permit area are the concessionaire's responsibility, with specific exceptions noted for Union Creek, Rogue Gorge, and Natural Bridge.
• Optional Shoulder Season Operations: Offerors are only required to operate during the Minimum Operating Season. Proposing to operate in shoulder seasons is an optional business opportunity, not a selection criterion.
• Consolidated Land Use Fee Payment: This fee is calculated based on average annual gross revenue and the proposed consolidation period. It will not be reconciled against actual gross revenues. No preference is given to this option over the standard annual fee during scoring.
