Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for twelve CHI 6181 roll-up doors with Liftmaster GH503L5 operators on the hybrid cooling tower at the NIST Center for Neutron Research (NCNR) in Gaithersburg, MD. Services include:
- Two (2) annual preventive maintenance visits (inspection, adjustment, lubrication, testing, minor repairs).
- On-call emergency repair services.
- All necessary labor, materials, equipment, and parts to ensure full operational status.
- Adherence to industry, NIST, and OSHA standards, including a comprehensive safety plan.
- Emergency and non-emergency repairs combined shall not exceed $10,000.00 annually.
