These drawings were originally issued by Rolm Corporation under contracts with GTE for the Airborne Launch Control Systems (ALCS). The government believes these markings may have been abandoned or are not properly authorized by contract.
Action Required
The government asserts its right to require the original owner/contractor to furnish clear and convincing evidence of the propriety of any restrictive markings. If no response is received within sixty (60) days of the government's inquiry, or if the response fails to substantiate the markings with clear and convincing evidence, the government will cancel, ignore, and/or remove such markings. Subsequently, the government will use the technical data with unlimited rights, in accordance with DFARS 252.227-7013. Unlimited Rights permit the government to use, duplicate, or disclose the technical data in any manner and for any purpose.
