Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work outlines the requirements for roadway and parking area striping services within Rocky Mountain National Park.

• Equipment: All equipment must be washed prior to entering the park and inspected by NPS. Equipment not deemed clean will be denied entry.

• Materials: Materials must be stored as designated and comply with manufacturer's instructions. Contractor is responsible for storage and utility hookups.

• Submittals: Required submittals include examples of previous work, manufacturer information, MSDS, construction schedule, insurance certificates, and accident prevention plans.

• Cleanup: Final cleanup of all trash, equipment, and containers is required before final acceptance.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation (RFQ) for commercial construction services to perform road striping at Rocky Mountain National Park (ROMO). The estimated magnitude of construction is under $500K. The requirement is a 100% total small business set-aside with NAICS code 237310 and a small business size standard of $45M.
