To provide semi-annual roof inspection and maintenance services for various buildings under the responsibility of MEDDAC-AK, ensuring the integrity and longevity of facility roof systems.

• Perform semi-annual roof inspections and maintenance on buildings at Bassett Army Community Hospital (BACH), Ft. Wainwright, Ft. Greely, and Joint Base Elmendorf/Richardson (JBER).

• Specific buildings include BACH Bldg 4076, 4077, 3406, 3567, 3597, 4066; Ft. Greely Bldg 655; and JBER Bldgs 634, 786, (47815 & 47810).

• Provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, transportation, and equipment.

• Document inspections with detailed reports and digital photos for each building.

• Perform maintenance and repairs using manufacturer-approved materials.

• Remove all trash daily and leave the site clean upon project completion.

• Inspections to occur twice annually: once in spring (by May 15th) and once at the end of summer (August 30th - September 30th).

• Reports must include digital photos, with at least one photo per deck area.

• Contractor personnel must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in each type of roof installation.

• Contractor must be certified by the manufacturer of warranted roofs.
