• This is a request for information and quotations are not offers.

• This RFQ is NOT a small business set-aside.

• Standard Form 18 is prescribed by GSA-FAR.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To paint the roofs of the buildings located at 33 Wilkinson Ave., Cedarhurst, Hamilton Parish CR04, specifically the Main building, cottage, pump room, and Garage roofs.

• The contractor shall use powder base roof paint.

• The contractor will power wash and fix any cracks on roofs.

• Two coats of powder base roof paint will be applied.

• The contractor will clean up paint droppings and leave the areas clean.

• General conditions include removing, altering, patching, and repairing existing work as necessary, cleaning up the work area daily and upon project completion, and protecting existing improvements and utilities from damage.

• The work is to be performed at 33 Wilkinson Ave., Cedarhurst, Hamilton Parish CR04.

• Regular working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding Federal Holidays and other days designated by the Contracting Officer or COR.

• Industrial Safety and Occupational Health: All work must comply with OSHA requirements. The government will not provide safety equipment.

• Transportation and Lodging: Contractor is responsible for all costs.

• Security and Access: Contractor personnel must follow U.S. Government security rules and remain in assigned work areas.

• Identification: Contractor employees must provide identification, and vehicles must display company name, license plate, and inspection sticker.

• Government Furnished Property, Materials, and Services: The government will provide a storage area/workspace and utilities (electricity, water, public toilets). The contractor must provide all tools and equipment and maintain necessary service lines.

• Hazardous Wastes: Special handling and disposal procedures are required for hazardous waste.

• Definitions: The SOW includes definitions for terms such as Contracting Officer, COR, Contractor, Latent Defects, MSDS, QA, QC, Response Time, etc.

• Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for April 30, 2026, at 10 am at the work location. Registration is required by April 28, 2026.
