Submission & Evaluation

The basis of award will consider a preliminary schedule of events, past performance (three projects within the last five years), and price. Bidders must demonstrate an understanding of the project. Combined factors other than price are evaluated as 51% of the proposed value. Offerors must be registered in SAM as an active vendor by the time of award.
