- Buildings HP51, HP53, HP55, HP57: Installation of new architectural asphalt shingle roofs. This includes removal of existing roofing, replacement of damaged decking and truss framing, installation of ice and watershield, new metal drip edge, fascia, vented vinyl soffit, vented ridge caps, gutters, downspouts, expansion joints, vent boots, exhaust fans, roof hatches, and dormer re-roofing.
- Buildings HP255, HP265: Replacement of existing shingle roof systems with new aluminum standing seam metal roofs. This involves removal of existing roofing, replacement of damaged decking, installation of new aluminum drip edge, self-adhering ice and water membrane, elastomeric expansion joints, new standing seam metal roof with vented ridge cap (suede color), panel clips for 150 mph winds, pipe boots, and permanent fall protection.
