New installations will feature two layers of 2-inch polyisocyanurate insulation (4-inches total), with tapered insulation in Areas A1 and E1, and a 1/2-inch high-density polyisocyanurate cover board. A fully-adhered, minimum 80-mil PVC roof system (meeting ASTM D4434, Type III) will be installed, along with specified PVC and sheet metal flashings and sealants.
