Eligibility & Submission Requirements
This acquisition is open to qualified contractors with previous experience in residential roof, window, and exterior door replacement projects of similar size and complexity within the last five years. Contractors must:
- Possess authorization to operate and do business in the Czech Republic (DOSAR 652.242-73).
- Be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). Proposals must be a fixed-price lump sum and include a proposed construction schedule, phasing plan, Bill of Materials (BOM), product literature, technical specifications, Quality Control Schedule (QCS), Project Safety Plan (PSP), and evidence of relevant experience and qualifications.
