Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision for crane services to support loading, unloading, and movement of mission-essential equipment at Rota International Airport, CNMI, during exercise operations.

• Provide one (1) crane with a minimum lifting capacity of 30,000 pounds (10 tons at a 6-meter reach).

• Provide all necessary rigging equipment (chains, hooks, slings).

• Rigging equipment must be visually inspected by the operator prior to each lift.

• Contractor assumes full responsibility for any damages to Government property, aircraft, or infrastructure caused by negligence.

• Contractor must take all necessary precautions for environmental containment and cleanup of hazardous spills.

• Contractor is responsible for acquiring all necessary personnel badges, vehicle passes, and flight line clearances for airfield access immediately post-award. Delays due to failure to secure credentials are not the Government's responsibility.

• The Government will provide direction for lifting tasks and designate work areas.

• The Government will not provide equipment or materials, except potentially the specialized lifting beam if sourced separately due to market conditions.
