- Debris Removal: Elimination of all debris, including FOD, to prevent hazards to aircraft operations.
- Compliance: Adherence to all applicable federal, state, local, DoD, and Air Force regulations, including OSHA and environmental standards. The contractor must supply all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials.
