Submission & Evaluation

- A statement accepting terms and conditions.
- Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) from SAM.gov registration.
Award will be made to the responsible Quoter whose quotation is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Technical acceptability requires meeting all specified requirements. Price will be evaluated for reasonableness and discounts.
