This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items, issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) number N66604-26-Q-0251. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a five-year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to Hansome Energy Systems, Inc. on a sole source basis for Rotor Positioning Sensor Testing services. This requirement is for testing HAN 9361 Rotor Positioning Sensor Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) to verify accuracy after encapsulation. Hansome Energy Systems is identified as the only company with the proprietary test fixture and procedure to meet this requirement.

• Testing must be in accordance with specification of HAN 9361 Drawing.

• Contractor shall provide a "pass" or "fail" determination for each HAN 9361 via email to the technical POC.

• Inclusive of return shipping.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ).

• Period of Performance: Five consecutive one-year ordering periods. Year 1 is from date of award through 12 months thereafter.

• Minimum Guarantee: 5 Jobs.

• Maximum Ordering Quantity: 150 Jobs.

• Delivery Location: FOB Destination NUWCDIVNPT Newport, RI.

• This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

• Quotes must be received on or before the closing date listed in the SAM Posting.

• Offerors must fill out pricing tables.

• Offerors must confirm credit card acceptance, with a surcharge not exceeding 4%.

• Offerors must have an active SAM registration at the time of quote submission.

• Offerors must have an active CMMC Level 1 (Self) assessment score within SPRS in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7021.

• To be determined technically acceptable, the offeror shall meet the above requirements.

• Applicable Service Contract Act Wage Determinations: WAGE DETERMINATION #: 2015-4211 Rev 33 for New Jersey Counties of Essex, Morris, Sussex and Union.

• Orders exceeding the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) threshold shall be issued via Task Order. Orders under the SCLS threshold may be placed via Government Purchase card.

• Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC).
