This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking qualified sources to provide material information as detailed in the RFQ form attachment. This solicitation will not be posted in paper format.

• Vendors must use the RFQ form attachment for pricing.

• Freight costs must be included in the quote.

• The country of origin for each line item must be listed.

• Offerors must complete and include provisions 52.204-24, 52.204-26, 252.204-7016, and 252.204-7019.

• Small business joint ventures must submit specific representations.

• Delivery Point: PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD, RECEIVING OFFICER, BLDG 170, 2ND FLOOR, CODE KMC, KITTERY, ME 03904.

• This requirement is processed as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

• Evaluation will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) criteria.

• Potential contractors will be screened for responsibility per FAR 9.104.

• Award will be made on an "All or None" basis.

• Place of Manufacture / Country of Origin is required.
