• Grain Drill (CLIN 0002): 15-foot working width, 3-point hitch, 7.5-inch row spacing, ground-driven mechanical drive, grain box (at least 2 bu/foot) and grass/small seed box (at least 0.2 bu/ft), parallel linkage for depth control (150 lb down pressure), and offset double disc openers (13+ inch diameter).
• Both items require a minimum one-year warranty if new, or must be in good working order if used, with dealer support within 35 miles of Shelburne, Vermont.
• Offerors must provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) and traceability to the manufacturer.
