Contract & Timeline
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.
- Period of Performance: Date of award through October 30, 2026, with two additional option years (FY 2027, FY 2028). The Government is not obligated to exercise option years.
- Estimated Quantities: Base year requires 2,000 shirts (S: 300, M: 700, L: 700, XL: 200, XXL: 100). Each option year is estimated at 6,000 shirts.
- Delivery: Required within 10-14 days after placement of an order.
Submission & Evaluation
- Submission: Only written quotations will be accepted. Pricing must be FOB destination and include all setup charges and shipping costs within the item cost.
- Samples: Vendors must ship a sample t-shirt and a hard copy pamphlet of t-shirt and ink colors prior to the solicitation closing. A tracking number must be emailed to reggan.b.greene.civ@army.mil. Offers without samples will not be considered. The Government is not obligated to pay for return shipping of samples; pre-paid labels must be provided for returns.
- Evaluation Factors: Price, Past Performance, Technical Acceptability, and Delivery times will be weighed equally. Award will be made on an "ALL OR NONE" basis to the lowest price, quality acceptable, responsible vendor.
- References: Offerors must submit three (3) references for similar requirements.
- Key Deadline: Offers are due by June 22, 2026, 12:00 PM Local Time.
