This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the "SOLAR FLEET KIT FOR JLTV". • QTY (1) Canadus Power Systems Sure Start extension cable (PN: SP-1224-EC ASSY (111")) with specific connector types and environmental ratings.
• QTY (2) Canadus Power Systems 25-watt Solar Panel (PN: SP-1224-25W-FJB ASSY) with specific dimensions, J-Box leads, and 48 vdc capacity.
• QTY (2) Canadus Power Systems Sure Start Battery Desulfator (PN: HD-1224-M10) with specific lead length, fuse, dimensions, and activation voltage.

Bidders may quote "Brand Name or Equal" items, but must provide detailed specifications to demonstrate equality.

• The RFQ is prepared in accordance with FAR 12 (GSA Class Deviation RFO-2025-12).

• Orders resulting from this RFQ will be issued under the authority of FAR 12.

• Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov at the time of order placement.

• Quoted prices must reflect the Offeror's best terms, including all applicable discounts.

• Offers must be complete, accurate, and fully compliant with all required documentation.

• Offers must be submitted via email by the closing date and time.

• Late or incomplete submissions may be deemed "late" and are subject to the Contracting Officer's discretion.

• The government reserves the right to reject non-responsive offers.

• Evaluation factors for offers are detailed in clause 52.212-2.

• Small Business Set-Aside status is indicated as 'No' in the requirement details, but bidders must check for any specific set-aside requirements.

• Offerors must have an active registration in SAM.gov.

• Delivery addresses will be disclosed at the time of Purchase Order (PO) issuance or may require contact with the GSA Transportation Department.

• Documentation with complete, detailed item specifications is required when quoting an "or equal" item.

• Numerous FAR and GSAM clauses are incorporated by reference, covering areas such as representations and certifications, contract terms, small business concerns, labor standards, and trade agreements.
