The purpose of this notice is to publish that an award has been made and this serves as notification pursuant to FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C).

The government awarded a Cost Plus Fixed Fee task order under the AEWTTR II Multiple Award Contract N6893622D0021 to Leidos, Inc. located at 1750 Presidents St., Reston, VA 20190-5661. The government awarded using FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C) – The order must be issued on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to an order already issued under the contract, provided that all awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered for the original order. Leidos, Inc. is the only source capable of supporting Phase II of the RSDE II without causing schedule delays. The redacted Justification for Exception to Fair Opportunity will be published within 14 days.

Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled Information. Access to CUI is limited, to a single point of contact (POC) per CAGE code, who is listed as the Data Custodian on the DD 2345 and approved by Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The DD 2345 must be approved prior to requesting access to CUI in SAM.gov. Contractors are responsible for coordinating with their CAGE code’s Data Custodian POC to request access to CUI.
