The U.S. Embassy in Santiago, Chile, invites your company to submit a proposal for the item referenced in the subject line. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) includes the following sections:
- Statement of Work
- Instructions to Offerors
- FAR & DOSAR Clauses and Certifications
The Embassy intends to award a purchase order to the company that submits an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. Please note that collusion with other potential offerors regarding price quotations is strictly prohibited. This RFQ does not obligate the U.S. Embassy to make an award, and the Embassy reserves the right to cancel this RFQ or any part of it at any time.
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting their offer, as required under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission may result in the offeror being deemed non-responsible, and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are strongly encouraged to register immediately if they intend to respond to this requirement.
Proposals must be submitted via email in a single file (Word or PDF format) to Santiago-GSOProcurement@state.gov by September 19, 2025, at or before 15:00 hrs (local date and time).
