The Regional Training Institute (RTI) has a requirement to support scheduled training with three daily meals. This requirement is achieved through contractor prepared and served meals at the dining facility at the RTI in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Service will be from April 16th - November 20th, 2026. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform RTI 13M schoolhouse meal service. The solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set Aside resulting in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. An active Sam.gov registration is required for this contract. All questions must be in writing by email to andrew.j.kennedy16.civ@army.mil. Questions are due by December 11th, 2025. Answers will be posted by amendment by December 17th, 2025. All quotes must be submitted by email to andrew.j.kennedy16.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due by January 7th, 2026 at 12:00pm MST. All offers must conform to the requirements listed in 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors) and the addendum on page 58 and 59 of the solicitation to be considered for award.
