Evaluation & Submission Requirements
Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award. Crucially, all offerors must provide documentation from Real-Time Innovations, Inc. (OEM) confirming their status as an authorized reseller or distributor, including a Letter of Authorization. Quotes submitted without this documentation may not be considered. Offerors are encouraged to provide published or historical pricing data to support price analysis. All materials must be TAA compliant.
