Scope of Work
The awarded contractor will be responsible for:
- Supplying new Salisbury Lineman's Gloves (ASTM D120 compliant), including specific classes, types, lengths, and sizes (7-12). Gloves must be supplied in black and red, rotated every six months.
- Providing Leather Protectors (ASTM F696 compliant, sizes 7-12) and Canvas Bags (12", 14", 16", 18").
- Delivering gloves and accessories every six months (February 1 and August 1), with final quantities provided three months prior to each delivery.
- Re-testing gloves when requested by the Technical Project Officer (TPO) and ensuring new, unused gloves meet the 90-day manufacturer date requirement. If re-tested gloves are used, they must meet NAIL Certification and include a Certificate of Compliance.
- No substitution on style or manufacturer is permitted (Salisbury brand only).
- Ensuring all gloves are stamped with test date and batch number, and providing Salisbury ISO 9001 Certification and compliance documents for relevant ASTM, OSHA, and NFPA standards.
