The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract for its RUNWAY 13L/13R RUBBER REMOVAL Project located at Naval Air Station (NAS) Kingsville, TX and RUNWAY13 ALFORA Orange Grove, TX. This solicitation is being competed as an 8(a) set aside. Payment and performance bonds are required. Award will be made to the contractor that offers the lowest price, with price being the only consideration. NAICS Code: 237310-Highw ay, Street, and Bridge Construction PSC Code: Z1BD-Maintenance of Airport Runways and Taxiways Project Magnitude: Between $500,000-$1,000,000. An organized site visit has been scheduled for Thursday, April 10th at 0900. Attendees that do not currently have access to NAS Kingsville will have to be escorted by NAVFAC personnel and will need to go through vehicle inspection. Attendees going through vehicle inspection will have to present all required vehicle documentation in hardcopy form. It is strongly recommended that those that currently do not have access arrive a minimum of an hour early to allow time for the vehicle inspection to take place.
