Scope of Work

- Remove 95% of rubber buildup from 100% of the designated area on the Youngstown ARS Assault (asphalt covered) Runway.
- Restore and repaint all LZ Markings, Controlled Apron, and Non-Controlled Apron Markings as per specifications and plans.
- Perform work without damage to pavement, joints, or crack seals.
- Comply with detailed technical specifications, including environmental procedures, pavement marking standards, and references to UFC and Federal Specifications.
- Crack sealing for the entire assault landing strip is also included.
