• Activation of Rubrik's Premium Support: Providing 24x7 telephone and web support, product updates, fixes, and advanced hardware replacement.
• Key Tasks: Assessment and planning, installation and configuration, data migration, testing and validation, training and support for IT staff, and ongoing monitoring and maintenance.
• Deliverables: An Implementation Plan, Installed and Configured System, Data Migration Report, Testing and Validation Report, Training Materials, and a Maintenance Plan.
• Exclusions: The SOW explicitly excludes scripting/automation services, advanced archival/replication tasks (Tiering/Consolidation), and SQL Database Enablement for Log Shipping/Cluster Failover Testing.

Set-Aside & Eligibility

This solicitation is 100% set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs). Offerors must:

• Complete DIAR Provision 1452.280-4.
• Submit the "Indian Affairs Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form" (Attachment 3) as self-certification of IEE status.
• Provide written assurance of compliance with the DIAR 1452.280-2 clause regarding IEE set-asides, including details on subcontracting limitations (not more than 50% of services to non-IEE firms) and key personnel qualifications (Attachment 2). Failure to provide this information may result in non-responsiveness.

• Quote Format: Non-price quote must include Technical Aspects, Past Performance (if available), and Attachments 2 and 3. Pricing must be firm-fixed price, inclusive of all taxes.
