Rudder Blade Overhaul:

Each rudder blade listed in paragraph 1.3.3 and 1.3.4 will potentially have residue of preservative MIL-PRF-16173 Grade 1, which may require filling the blade with inert gas, such as CO2, Nitrogen, or Argon, for hot work to occur. NNSY is removing a large amount of the preservative, but leftover residue will most likely be present.
