• Quoters must complete and return the SF18 form, along with other required documentation.

• Technical specifications must be detailed, substantiating claims and capabilities, not just restating requirements.

• The award will be a firm fixed-priced motor vehicle delivery order (MVDO).

• Delivery is FOB Destination.

• Delivery locations include Port Hueneme CBC Base, CA and Gulfport, MS.

• Delivery is expected within a specified number of Days ARO (After Receipt of Order).

• Quotes are due by April 10, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST.

• All questions must be submitted via email by April 2, 2025, 12:00 PM EST.

• Quotes must be submitted electronically as one (1) copy of Volume 1 (Technical) and Volume 2 (Price) via email to john.hodges@gsa.gov.

• Faxed quotes are not permitted.

• Evaluation will be based on best value, considering Price, Past Performance, Ability to meet Purchase Description requirements, Warranty considerations, Maintenance availability, and Delivery terms/schedule.

• This acquisition is a small business set-aside.

• Quoters must possess a valid and active SAM registration.

• Several attachments are required, including:
