Scope of Work
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for the acquisition and installation of new controllers for two Russell Test Chamber models: the Altitude and Temperature Test Chamber (RHB-64-705-705-AC) and the Walk-In Thermal and Humidity Test Chamber (WMD-336-ECMD-4-10-10). The upgrade includes the removal of existing mercury manometers and their replacement with new altitude transducers, aligning with mercury elimination guidance. The new controllers must enable chamber performance within the tolerance of Military Standard 810H, Change 1. Other Direct Costs (ODC) for installation, training, and travel are also part of the requirement.
